Our Story
Meet Angela - Owner of Bumbles Boarding Cattery
Hello, I’m Angela and I run Bumbles Boarding Cattery.
I’ve loved cats all my life and opened Bumbles back in 2009 after deciding to turn that passion into something special.
The cattery is named after my beloved rescue cat Bumble, who I
adopted from Battersea. She had been there a while and had quite a story behind her, but she quickly became part of the family and inspired the name of the cattery.
Since opening, Bumbles has welcomed hundreds of lovely feline guests, each with their own personality and little quirks.
Caring for your cats is something I never take lightly. Every guest is treated with patience, kindness and respect so they feel safe and comfortable while they’re here.

What vaccinations are required?
All cats staying at Bumbles must have up-to-date vaccinations against Feline Infectious Enteritis and Cat Flu. Please bring your cat’s vaccination record with you when dropping them off.
Can my cats stay together?
Yes. Cats from the same household are welcome to share a unit so they can stay together during their visit.
What should I bring for my cat’s stay?
We provide bedding and care for all our guests, but you are welcome to bring a favourite blanket or small item from home to help your cat feel more comfortable.
Any medication should be clearly labelled with instructions.
How will my cat settle in?
Every cat settles differently. Some explore straight away while others prefer to take their time.
When cats arrive we leave their carrier in the room so they have a familiar safe space, and they can choose where they feel most comfortable.
How do I pay for my cat’s stay?
Payment is required at drop-off. We accept cash, cheque or bank transfer.
