Bumbles Boarding Cattery

These terms help ensure the safety, comfort and wellbeing of all cats staying with us.

Vaccinations

All cats staying at Bumbles Boarding Cattery must have up-to-date vaccinations against:

Feline Infectious Enteritis

Cat Flu

Proof of vaccination must be provided before or at the time of arrival.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept cats without valid vaccination records.

Health & Medication

Owners must inform us of any:

Special dietary requirements

Medication requirements

Medication must be provided clearly labelled with instructions.

While every care will be taken, Bumbles Boarding Cattery cannot accept responsibility for underlying health conditions not disclosed prior to the stay.

Veterinary Care

In the unlikely event that your cat becomes ill during their stay, we will contact you immediately.

If veterinary treatment is required and we are unable to reach you, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care for your cat. Any veterinary costs will be the responsibility of the owner.

Payments

Payment for your cat’s stay is required at drop-off.

Prices are charged per night according to the number of cats staying.

Sharing Suites

Cats sharing accommodation must come from the same household.

Arrival and Collection

To ensure a calm and organised environment for all guests, arrival times should be confirmed in advance.

Personal Belongings

Owners are welcome to bring items that help their cat feel comfortable such as:

Blankets

Toys

Bedding

While we will take every care, we cannot guarantee the return of personal items.

Photographs

Photographs of cats may occasionally be taken and used for:

Social media

Website content

Promotional materials

If you prefer that your cat’s image is not used, please inform us at the time of booking.

Liability

While every care is taken to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all cats staying at Bumbles Boarding Cattery, the owner agrees that the cattery cannot be held liable for illness, injury or death caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
